Our Philosophy

People are not driven entirely by logic, nor are they driven entirely by emotions. The interplay between these two facets of ourselves, the passionate and the cerebral, decide our actions.

To ignore the fact that organizations are made up of people is to ignore organizations’ most important and defining element. Results are not achieved ex nihilo, they are accomplished by people.

This is why all organizations are made up of two equally relevant sides: the technical and the social. The technical side is related to the achievement of the actual results. The social side is much more subtle; it is related to the human factor that lies beneath the endeavor in attaining those results. By having an utter focus on goals achievement and ignoring the efforts of the people behind their accomplishment leads to inefficiency at best. At worst it leads to failure.
