Digital Mindset ThinkShop, PERTAMINA

Members of the Board of Directors and their direct reports attended a one-day ThinkShop on the Digital Mindset at their Head Office.   

The Minister of Communication and Information, HE Rudiantara, delivered the keynote speech that inspired the Senior Leaders to explore vs exploit opportunities to innovate. Rudiantara explained an out-of-the-box idea to increase the country's capacity to secure energy reserves by applying digital technology.

The SECU-VUCA digital mindset triggered ideas for agile innovation in the areas of customer experience, brilliant process and new business models.
